The best pasta in the world ever, done on a campfire!

A few weeks ago now me and Phil decided to pack up the car with camping gear and book ourselves into a site on the Scottish Borders, the spell of good weather we'd been having encouraged us and it was a really relaxing few days. We decided to stay at Ruberslaw Wild Woods and it was a really beautiful site, a clearing in the woods was made for each pitch so it gave us a real back to nature experience as well as having enough privacy between the pitches to make it feel like we were totally on our own. We made meals on the campfire every day and generally just sat back and took in the beautiful surroundings. As the area is dedicated to preserving dark skies we got some absolutely fabulous night sky watching, I even saw my first ever shooting star! It was such a peaceful and romantic weekend I really loved it.
